I had to take my cat to see a vet today because he had been sick all weekend. Generally speaking I do not like veterinarians because they try to up-sell products and guilt you into things that you do not need to either purchase or perform. 

But Dr. Kaser was different. After the initial examination Dr. Kaser determined that my cat was very, very sick. He came up with a diagnosis quote that was much more than I could afford, and was honest that the treatment beyond would cost the same amount or possibly more. I knew that I could not get the money together in time to save the cat's life, so I made the choice to put the cat to sleep. It was a pretty emotional decision, as it would be for anyone who had to make it. Dr. Kaser appeared to be just as upset about the decision as I was, but understood that there was no alternative. 

We talked for awhile, and he was compassionate, as was his receptionist. If this is how these people shine in very dark and emotional times, than I think when the situation is not so bad this office's customer service has to be just outstanding. 

If, or most likely when, I get another pet Dr. Kaser will be the only choice for a vet. 

I cannot recommend or praise my experience enough with this office.

I am so grateful for how attentive and informative Dr. Kaser and his team were in helping me with my cat. She had an infection on her side and they had her in surgery the next day and kept her the night before and night after, I'm so glad she's okay and it was remarkably affordable considering the extent of everything they did; 2 appointments, blood and stool tests, anesthesia, performing the surgery, 2 vaccines, and keeping for 48 hours. 

I've been taking my three cats to them for years and they truly care about the animals that come to their business.
